1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners.
If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will notify you and initiate a full refund for any prepaid order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing may take additional time.
3. Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 may attract a shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional handling charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking number and courier details.
Real-time shipment updates where available.
Customers can track their orders through the courier partner's tracking portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to:
