At Elimeno Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality Indian sarees and a seamless shopping experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made through our platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., fall/pico done)
Customized or made-to-order sarees
Products purchased during clearance sales or special discounts
Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide unboxing video and clear images as proof
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement, or
Full refund (if replacement is not available)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions
The product must be handed over in its original packaging
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product)
In some cases, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed; only return policy applies
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per policy
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be processed in the following cases:
Return request raised after the specified period
Product returned in used or damaged condition
Missing original packaging or tags
